All content submitted to Matchd must comply with applicable copyright law. Submitters warrant they own or have the legal right to share all text, images, and media. Content copied from Zillow, MLS systems, Realtor.com, or other third-party platforms without proper authorization is prohibited and will be removed.

DMCA Takedown Notices

To submit a DMCA notice, include:

1. Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material on Matchd with sufficient detail to locate it
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A good-faith belief statement that the use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address above.

Repeat Infringers

Matchd may terminate submission privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
